Explain your algorithm on home page
It's unclear how you are rating accounts and many ratings don't seem accurate. A description of what takes place when assessing an account would help users to make sense of each ranking.

allow greenlisting certain people so they don't show up in low score areas
My brother never tweets but I don't want to block him, b/c someday he might. He's rated F. I'd rather greenlist him so he doesn't show up with the Fs anymore.

Allow users to see their own scores w/ suggestions for improvement
Suggestions for improvements would help people adjust their behaviour and teach them to recognise spammers by theirs. This would especially help newbies.

Not A Spammer button
Allow "vouching" for someone in the algorithm.
If I say a user is legitimate, and if my rating his high, then that raises the user's score. The word of A+ accounts raises the score more than B or C accounts. Vouching by reported spammers could have zero or negative effect on the user.

When I log in I get "0 of n followers."
I've logged out and back in, deleted all cookies/cache, etc. Happens on multiple computers. Don't have any similar problems with any other OAuth app on any platform.

Tweak algo should not punish people I already follow
If I follow a person, then likely I don't think that person is a spammer.

Have an easy way to get a new analysis after dumping the losers.
I went ahead and dropped about one third of the people I was following, but can't figure out how to refresh my analysis.

we will be adding a ‘SYNC’ button that will give you a manual type override when you want to refresh stats.

Enable a popup with the user's profile when you mouse over the Twitter ID
Fortunately, spammers, particularly porn ones, make themselves very easy to identify. If you had a popup like you do for 'recent tweets' it would help a lot.

Allow more entries per page [50, 100, 250] to make it easier to block multiple followers.
Just like in eBay when you're looking at feedback - allows me to quickly see lots of people at once - less page navigation needed.

Good call. We were actually just discussing this after we launched this afternoon. I think a refresh button is a great idea. Thanks for the feedback.

Firefox plugin
Could you pls. implement Firefox plugin for the tool so we could use it directly on the Twitter page? That kind of tool would give a whole new dimension to twitter!!

a tab for suspected spammers to that I can check those first, I'm a musician with over 9K followers.

retain column sorting after clicking the block button
On the "view all grades" tab sort by grade, select a few users then hit block. When the page refreshes you have to sort by grade again. This goes for all column sorting.

Remove the need to select the checkbox for individual blocks.
It seems clunky that I need to check the box for individual blocks. There is already a dedicated button for the row, why don't you put in the id in a hidden tag?
Keep the checkboxes only for mass blocking.

I have an issue with timeouts
When I log in the analyzing hangs at 109 out of 166 followers...it's done this for a month. The total number of followers is incorrect as well.

Show which "Details" are good or bad
It would be nice if the "details" were color coded for good or bad (or even neutral) to show why the user is being graded the way they are.
Reason for request:
When clicking details for an F user I see this
# This user has been around for a long time
# This user does not have a balanced ratio of friends and followers
# This is an active user
When clicking details for an A user I see the same thing, what differentiates the two?4 votes -
apply this to following/friends too
I have an autofollow account and would like to use the same information to unfollow spammers

make it easier to find the people I follow vs the people who follow me. 700 vs 9K
there are apps that automatically add you as a follower for them. I want to screen my 700+ friends and delete them. It's an ongoing battle. I'm a musician, I'm ok with people following me, but constantly going through 9K to find spammers takes forever. It's got to be easier.
